A nine-month exploration of the chakra and energy systems using

Faster EFT, NLP, Breath, and Quantum Movement

When:                Monthly  9:30am to noon

Where:               Kanab Library Multipurpose Room

What:                 You will gain an understanding of your Energy Anatomy and Physiology (this is where it is and this is what it does)

                         We will become familiar with the Chakras and look at how they can affect every aspect of our life.  Is it fully functional?  Is it under or overdeveloped?  How would I even know???

                          We will explore limiting beliefs and unconscious programs that can be outdated and obsolete yet may still be running in our subconscious mind (memories) today.

                          We will experience various ways to create and implement new beliefs, which create new programs, which then result in our life being better and easier!

                          We will learn practical, simple tools that help us quickly and easily shift our thoughts and energy into solution-based thinking and actions by releasing whatever is “preventing us from”.

                                               
                         We will experience various NLP and Faster EFT methods that help our bodies keep (anchor IN) that lighter state (changing the dial on our FM stereo back to K-EASE ;O)

                          We will learn various breath, YOGA, and movement techniques that help the body to then release old, stuck energy which allows pain to release as the muscles get oxygenated and blood circulates.

                          are available online for $30 and if you attended the live class
                          you can watch for free.
